Q: What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please use Forgot Password.
Q: How do I change my password?
Login and proceed to "My Profile > Change Password". You will be prompted for your current and your desired new password.
Q: What do I use to login and view my digital subscription?
You may use your email address and password to access your digital subscription.
Q: What do I do if I didn't get my paper, or it was damaged or incomplete?
If your newspaper was damaged, missing sections or has not arrived by the delivery deadline. (5:00 AM Mon-Fri 6:30 a.m. Saturday and 6:30 a.m. Sunday in most areas.) Please contact Circulation Customer Service.
Q: Can I set up my subscription to be paid automatically?
You may set up your subscription to renew quarterly, semi-annually or yearly. No more paper bills to worry about! And as an added bonus, after two complete months of being on EasyPay, we'll send you a one-time rebate check worth one month of service*. Call Customer Service to take advantage of this great service today!

Q: What if I only want the paper on Sunday?
The Columbian offers a "Sunday Plus" subscription with print delivery on Sunday and the convenience of our eEdition the rest of the week. Call Customer Service to sign up today!
Q: What happens to my paper while I'm on vacation?
There are a few options available to you:
- Donate my papers to NIE*
- Hold my papers for delivery when I return
